Spared is a trading name of Volume Creative Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Our Pieces

Spared creates one of a kind objects, furniture and materials using waste and repurposed materials.

Our pieces are handcrafted and variations in colour, texture, pattern and finish are an inherent part of our materials and making processes. No two pieces will be exactly the same.

We make every effort to photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on the screen or device you are using.

Prices & Payment

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Payment must be made in full when placing your order unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

As many of our pieces are one of a kind, all orders are subject to availability. Once an individual piece has been sold, it may not be available again.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment you have made.

Delivery

We currently offer online delivery within the UK.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and orders are sent using a tracked and signed for delivery service.

We will aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on our website or communicated to you when you purchase. If there is an unexpected delay, we will let you know.

Returns & Refunds

Our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and damaged items are handled and forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Custom Made & Commissioned Pieces

Pieces that are custom made, personalised or commissioned specifically for you are created to your individual requirements and cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

The design, specification, price, payment terms and estimated timescale for commissioned work will be agreed separately before work begins.

Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Our Materials

We celebrate the materials our pieces are made from rather than trying to disguise them.

Because we work with waste, repurposed materials and handcrafted processes, our pieces may contain variations, irregularities, marks, pits, exposed fragments and differences in colour, texture or finish.

These characteristics are inherent to our materials and processes and are part of what makes each piece unique. They are not necessarily faults or defects.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, imagery, text and other content on the Spared website are owned by Volume Creative Group Limited or the relevant copyright owner and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
